Survey builder recipes (use cases)

There is more than one use case for the checkout survey feature, it's a matter of being a little creative

The examples are using certain type of questions, but you're not limited to these, feel free to use what fits best for your needs.

Recipe #1 Build a box

This is the most popular and straightforward option. You want to enable customers to pick their own preferences to customize contents their box. Use Multiple question type.

Recipe #2 Fully customizable box

Say you want the total amount to be paid for the subscription to depend entirely on which and how many items the customer selects. Use Quantity question type.

In order to achieve the above, your base price when creating your product must be $0.

Is there a perfect addition your customers might want along with their subscription plan? Use Multiple question type.

Recipe #4 Collect additional information from your customers

Ask for allergies, where did they hear from you, age... it's up to you! Use Text Input question type.

You might want your customers to literally click on a button that commits them to one of your terms/restrictions and avoid any future claims. Sometimes having it on your website & FAQs could not be enough. Use Single question type.

Do you offer express shipping for a higher cost? Or certain hour range to deliver? Let your customers choose. Use Single question type.
