Does Subbly offer refunds?

As of writing and as per the TERMS, we are in no position to offer refunds due to offering a free trial, notification emails near the end of the trial and the ability to end the trial yourself.


However, we are not a big, bad company that's only after your money. Some people really do have exceptional circumstances where they cannot cancel in time, so please make sure to let us know and we'll do our best to help with the situation!

We can and will grant you a refund if you asked for it within 48 hours of the processed payment. Make sure to reach out to our support team on chat and we will take care of it.  

We do retain the right to deny refunds though. We try to operate as fairly for everyone as possible. We like having happy people around us!
