Can I create a test order?

This is one of the common questions we get on the support chat. So we wrote an article to remove all doubts around this one.

Is it possible to create a test order?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to create or build test subscriptions or orders on our platform, as there is no Sandbox mode on Subbly.

Your store is live and the only way would be to go through the checkout and create an actual purchase (be it a subscription or a one time product).

One thing that we can recommend is going through the checkout (just like a regular customer would do) and applying a coupon to give 100% off discount, so you are not charged and the order to be recorded by the system.

Please make sure to use a different email than the one associated with your account and also be logged out of your merchant account or use an incognito window on your browser!
