Setting up CartStack

CartStack is a cart abandonment and email marketing platform designed to help e-commerce businesses recover lost sales. It provides tools and features that allow online stores to track abandoned carts, re-engage potential customers, and drive conversions. In this article, we will show you how to integrate CartStack with your Subbly store.

Setting up CartStack

You can find the steps necessary to integrate CartStack with Subbly below:

  • Sign up for CartStack here (CartStack comes with a free trial plan, you can check their pricing post-trial here)
  • Extract CartStack's API call from inside your CartStack admin by going here and clicking on the Site ID / API Key (refer to the image below for additional information)
  • If this is your first time visiting this page, make sure to generate the API and paste it from the API Key field
  • Now head back to your Subbly admin, go to App Store and find CartStack, click to Install & Configure
  • Paste the API Key to the corresponding field on the Subbly admin
  • Make sure to Enable the integration and you're done!

Your Subbly is now integrated and working with CartStack! Feel free to head over to your CartStack admin to setup your cart abandonment campaigns.

Although CartStack’s solution is the most advanced cart abandonment option for Subbly users, we do offer a basic built-in tool at no cost. Read more about it here.
If you have both Subbly's cart abandonment and CartStack enabled, both Subbly and CartStack will work at the same time. If you wouldn't want your checkout drop-offs to be spammed with emails both from Subbly and CartStack, please make sure to disable Subbly's cart abandonment emails from here (there are 3 cart abandonment email templates).
