Available resources and reporting format

There are 4 different support options you might want to resort to when you're having problems with your website build:

  1. Help resources
  2. Chat widget
  3. Slack community
  4. Book a call

When reporting problems with the builder, please make sure to provide all the information needed so that the team can troubleshoot effectively. Please make sure to provide:

  • Project ID
  • Chat ID
  • Any screenshots of an error if applicable
  • Email associated with the Subbly account

Where to find project and chat ID?

Project and chat ID can be extracted from the browser URL. When on Project view, you will see the /projects/xyz slug (as in the image below). You need to copy the xyz part and share it with Subbly team so we can troubleshoot.

Help resources

All written guides and resources are public and available here.

Chat widget

You can get in touch with Subbly's customer support team which will help guide you through the troubleshooting process. You can get in touch with the team by using the chat widget you can find inside your admin.

Chat widget is not available inside the builder admin. You need to initiate the chat from inside your main Subbly dashboard as in the image below.

Slack community

If you're part of the Slack community, please make sure to interface with the community and ask for help (one of the Subbly team members will be with you shortly), or you can engage with other community members to ask for advice or best practices on how to do things.

Please use relevant channels for different types of questions inside the community. Don't DM community members, keep the conversation public as it might be of benefit to other users as well.

Book a call

You can book a call with the member of Subbly team and jump on the screen-sharing call with an Expert. They can guide you through some general troubleshooting or can give you advice and suggestion on how to best approach building some general parts of your site.
