Setting up ManyChat integration

Add ManyChat widget to your Subbly checkouts

Wondering how you can use one of the most popular messenger bots on your Subbly's checkout to deliver great customer support through the entire purchase flow? Just follow the steps below!

How to connect ManyChat to Subbly?

You can find our integration on Subbly's App store. Please note you'll have to request the Cart Abandonment add-on in order to be able to use ManyChat, so make sure to request that one here in your Admin.

Firstly, you'll have to log into your ManyChart admin (in case you don't already have an account on ManyChat, you can sign up for and link it to your Facebook business account), go to Growth Tools and create a new tool:

Choose the type of widget you'd like, generally Button and Customer Chat are among the most used ones, and complete the setup: welcome message for your customers, color, device visibility, etc.

From the Setup tab, you'll need to get the JavaScript Snippet that has to be pasted on Subbly:

Go back to Subbly, open the ManyChat app, paste the code and enable! You'll be ready to start chatting with your customers through your business Facebook messenger.

In case you'd want to have the checkbox widget too inside the tool, you can obtain the ID from the embeddable widget setup.
