Zendesk is a customer support platform which includes a help desk and methods of communication. If you're looking to add it to your checkouts and customer portal area, look no further, since we offer direct integration via the app store.


How to add a live chat widget to your website?

In order to add it to your website, you'll first need to go to the website HERE and create an account.

  1. From the dashboard, select Settings > Widget, then click the Getting Started tab.
  2. Copy the embed script, as shown in the example below:
  3. After copying the code, navigate to the app store and paste the code snippet inside the section dedicated to the Zendesk app.
  4. Toggle the "Enabled" option and Save and you're all set!

The widget will be visible after reloading the page in a browser.
