How do I export my customer data from Subbly?
Explains different types of exports of your Subbly data (orders, customers, invoices and more)
Data export is possible through various sections of your Subbly dashboard. Data will be exported in the CSV file which you can use to further manage exported data.
Exporting orders list
You can export your orders lists (of both pending orders or already shipped orders) from the Orders panel of your admin (click here).
After applying appropriate filters to the list, make sure to click on the CSV button on the left side of the search bar as shown in the picture below.

Then choose which columns will be sent.

Next, once you click on Export, an email will be sent to the email address of the account owner, or the staff members who requested the export.

Finally, click on download and your browser will instantly download the exported file.
Exporting customers list
If you want to export your customers' list instead, you can head over to the Customers section (click here).
After applying appropriate filters (you can filter between active/inactive customers, or you can filter them by customer's tags), you can run an export by clicking on CSV button on the left side of the search bar.

Just like for orders export, an email will be sent to the address of the account owner, or the staff members who requested the export, in order to download it.
Exporting subscriptions list
Go to the Subscriptions section (right here), filter by any particular or relevant criteria like labels, products or coupon applied, and click on the CSV button found at the left side of the search bar.

Just like for orders export, an email will be sent to the address of the account owner, or the staff members who requested the export, in order to download it.
Exporting Invoices
To export invoices, go to your Invoices section under the Customers tab.
Filter by any particular or relevant criteria like invoice status, products, customer tags or coupon applied and click on CSV button at the right side of the screen.

Just like for orders export, an email will be sent to the address of the account owner, or the staff members who requested the export, in order to download it.
Exporting transactions
As of introduction of the Billing Engine version 2, you are now able to seamlessly export your previous transactions in CSV. This is very important as you are now able to export taxes as the separate column which will make tax reporting pretty much straightforward.
In order to export transactions' CSV, you need to go here on your admin, select the date span for the transactions you're wanting exported and click on Export CSV

Just like for orders export, an email will be sent to the address of the account owner, or the staff members who requested the export, in order to download it.
Filtering options
Before taking out any export from your admin, or before performing any bulk action, it's important to understand different filtering options which will make it possible to narrow down the search of customers/invoices/orders that you'd want to action on. Subbly has different filtering facilities which can be broadly separated to
- event filters (such as filtering by tags, products, or shipping countries...)
- date filters (which can take into consideration both the creation date or the shipping date of the order for example).
Depending on the filters applied, Subbly will create a different dataset on your admin. You can reset the filters anytime by clicking the Reset button as in the picture below, which will reverse and negate any previously applied filters.

Different filters can be applied to the dataset at any given time.

Similar to this one, you can use any other combination of filters to more closely filter out the dataset you need to action upon or export.
