Welcome to Subbly's agentic builder!

Subbly's AI Website Builder lets you design, build, and customize a subscription website by chatting with an AI agent. It works with your Subbly backend, so you can build the storefront and request supported backend changes from the same Builder workflow.

What can you do with the AI Website Builder?

You can use the Builder to create and customize your storefront, product pages, checkout flows, and promotional sections through chat prompts.

The Builder can also create Subbly backend products and coupons when you request them explicitly. After the Builder completes the request, review the result in the Subbly admin. Check details such as pricing, billing cadence, inventory, coupon eligibility, usage limits, expiry, and other discount rules before using them.

How do I access it?

AI Website Builder access no longer requires an invitation. Access depends on your account and plan configuration. Team members also need an appropriate role, such as Designer or Admin, where applicable.

You can open Builder in either of these ways:

1. In the Subbly admin, click AI WEB BUILDER in the left sidebar.
2. Click the BUILDER/ADMIN toggle in the top-left corner, then choose BUILDER.

The toggle switches between workspaces. ADMIN opens the operational Subbly backend, where you manage products, customers, subscriptions, orders, invoices, analytics, settings, integrations, and other store operations. BUILDER opens the AI Website Builder, where you work with projects and chat prompts, review previews and versions, and publish changes.

Switching workspaces does not itself change or publish your store or website. Changes happen when you instruct Builder to make them and publish the resulting version where applicable.

What happens when Builder opens?

What you see depends on how many projects you have:

• No project - Builder shows the first-prompt chat experience so you can establish your project foundation.
• One project - Builder takes you to the Chat view. Select the most recent chat or send Hi to load the current project.
• More than one project - Builder opens the latest project you worked on. To switch projects, open the profile or name menu in the top-right corner and select a project from the list.

Branding your Builder site

Settings → Branding controls Subbly-managed checkout and customer-portal branding. It does not automatically apply the logo, colours, favicon, SEO metadata, or other visual styling to an Agentic Builder site.

For a Builder-built site, describe your brand requirements to the Builder agent or add durable rules such as brand colours, typography, fonts, spacing, and general layout principles to Project Instructions. Use Builder prompts or project settings for site-specific logo, favicon, SEO metadata, and storefront presentation.

These workflows are separate. Builder prompts and Project Instructions do not replace the checkout and customer-portal branding settings.

Brand Studio

Brand Studio is a separate admin section that helps you generate an initial business identity when you do not yet have branding ready.

1. Describe your business idea in the prompt.
2. Submit the prompt and pay the one-time $4.99 fee.
3. Review the three generated brand options, including proposed business names and logo concepts.
4. Choose a direction to use as a starting point for your brand.

Brand Studio is a starting-point generation tool. It does not automatically synchronize a selected name or logo across checkout, customer portal, emails, and Agentic Builder sites.
