Collections let you group active, published products so you can display, filter, or offer them together in a defined order. A collection can include subscription products, one-time products, or both.
Create a collection
- Open Collections.
- Select Create a collection.
- Enter the collection Name. A Slug is generated automatically.
- Choose the Product Type: All Types, One-time, or Subscriptions.
- Add products from the product selector.
- Arrange the products as needed. The Position value controls their order.
- Save the collection.
Only active and published products can be added.
Use cases for collections
- Use collections to list related products in the Agentic Builder or filter one-time product pages. For example, if you're trying to build a /shop page using the Agentic builder where you'd want to list different products from different collections and use the collections as the filter you can run this prompt with an agent.
Create a one-time shop page (use the /shop slug to create a new page). Load all active one-time products in the grid layout (with 4 items loaded horizontally on the grid on desktop viewports). Use the product collections to group products in different sections and use product collections as filter categories.
- Collections can also define which subscription products customers can switch between in the customer portal. Add the relevant subscription products to an active collection, then enable Allow subscription plan change by customer under Settings → Advanced.
