How to unpause customer's subscription?

On Subbly, your customers will be able to pause their subscription for a month or two if you have this setting enabled for them. This is great for preventing churn and for retaining the customers ๐Ÿ›ƒ But what if they paused their subscription by mistake and now want to un-pause it? Can they do it inside the customer portal?

Answer to the above is - YES, customers can unpause their subscription as well and from their inside their customer portal. What they need to do is (a) login to their customer portal (b) click on Manage besides the subscription and (c) opt to Resume their previously paused subscription as in the image below ๐Ÿ‘‡

That's pretty much it ๐Ÿ˜Š Their subscription will be unpaused immediately after they do this.

You are also able to do it for themย on the admin side ๐Ÿ˜‰ How?

Reversing the paused subscription is nothing else but simply changing the next renewal date for a given customer and switching it back or forth to the appropriate next billing date, as explained here.ย 

So that's all you need to do in order to unpauseย customer's subscription after they've changed their mind ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Note that you'll still see the label Skipping even after you've changed the renewal date for the particular customer. This is usual, and the Skippingย label will be gone once the next payment is made by the customer.ย
